1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by BJ Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("BJ Solutions", "we", "us"). Each engagement is also described in a written proposal or statement of work. If a proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal applies.
2. Using this website
The content on this website is general information about our services, not professional advice. You may not use the site for anything unlawful or attempt to disrupt it. The design, text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors.
3. Our services
We provide website design and development, LinkedIn and digital marketing support, and AI and business consulting. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in its proposal. Changes to scope need written agreement from both sides and may change the price or timeline.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, milestones and due dates are set out in each proposal and are payable in US dollars unless agreed otherwise. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is settled. Fees exclude third-party costs such as domains, hosting, software licences and paid advertising, unless the proposal says otherwise. Questions about invoices or payments go to finance@bjsolutions.xyz.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, approvals, feedback and access on time so we can keep to the agreed schedule.
- Make sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos or data you give us.
- Review and approve deliverables, including any content published under your name.
- Send support requests during an engagement to support@bjsolutions.xyz so they are tracked.
6. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables we create for you, including the website, the code we write for it and its content. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, methods and know-how, and grant you a licence to use any of them included in your deliverables. Third-party components such as fonts, plugins and libraries remain under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. AI tools
We use AI tools to speed up design, development and first drafts of content. All work is reviewed by a person before delivery. You remain responsible for approving final content before it is published.
8. Third-party platforms
LinkedIn and other platforms set their own rules and algorithms, which we do not control. We do not guarantee any specific number of followers, impressions, leads or sales, and we do not buy engagement. You remain the owner of your accounts and must follow each platform's terms.
9. Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Disclaimer
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, the website and services are provided "as is", and we make no other warranties to the extent the law allows.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
Either side may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal. You pay for work completed up to the termination date, and we hand over any paid-for deliverables.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. The courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim locally.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect engagements already agreed in a signed proposal.
